Meet the Snow Hare, first courier on the route
A small express courier, an oversized red mailbag, and a job that explains every tactical choice.

The Snow Hare is the first silhouette Last Light Post wants players to remember: long ears swept backward, a body leaning into the route, and a postal-red bag almost wider than the courier carrying it.
Cute, but not weightless
The world uses felt, canvas, paper, worn wood, and old brass so its characters feel handmade rather than glossy. The red bag should look heavy. The envelope should glow because it matters, not because every object in the interface needs an effect.
That tactile detail has a strict limit on a phone screen. The courier’s silhouette, the letter, and the nearest threat have to remain readable before texture earns a place.
A job, not a costume
Each courier begins with a postal responsibility. Guards reinforce the envelope. Sorters produce postage. Navigators slow the approaching Silence Tide. Repairers mend the route. The Snow Hare is an express courier, so the role is about helping the letter move.
This keeps character collection tied to the delivery fantasy: a new courier is not only another damage profile. It is another kind of postal worker joining a very small team that has decided the last letter still deserves to arrive.
